We are proposing a rezone on select parcels in the Lake City Hub Urban Village (proposed Urban Center in the One Seattle Plan). The rezone area is generally located east and west of 28th Ave NE, just north of NE 125th St., and includes four (4) total parcels, three (3) of which are city-owned. The sites are proposed to be rezoned to NC2-85 and NC3-85, and MHA applies. The sites will help facilitate future infill development potential, including on city-owned property.
