Help shape the future of the Graham neighborhood by taking a 10-minute survey

The City of Seattle is currently working with the community to plan for the neighborhoods surrounding the future Graham Street light rail station coming in 2031.  We are partnering with the Seattle Department of Transportation to develop a Station Area Plan that will guide the future of this area, including public spaces, housing types, mobility, access, and support for small businesses.

Graham Street Station Area Planning – help shape the future of the neighborhood surrounding the future light rail station at MLK and Graham! Below the text are illustrations of people walking, taking transportation, playing, driving and biking. Below the illustrations is a planning boundary map of the neighborhoods surrounding the proposed light rail station.

If you live, work, shop, or spend time in the Graham neighborhood, please consider sharing your input:

This survey builds on the 2019 Graham Street: A Community-Driven Neighborhood Vision, which identified community priorities and strategies to prevent displacement. We are asking for your input to confirm and deepen that vision, so the neighborhood can build on existing strengths and prepare for the future.
